Integrate currently employs around 180 highly trained and committed staff, working directly in supporting roles with our Service Users, in professional support roles like training and administration and in management roles.

We are committed to providing the best possible training for our staff to ensure top quality service provision and are an accredited NVQ and City & Guilds training provider.

All staff undergo a comprehensive induction programme specially designed to provide the skills needed to work with learning-disabled people. We also provide and support a wide range of training & professional development opportunities for our employees, in line with the charities goals and business needs.

We want to attract and retain the best staff in the sector locally and do our best to create a positive employment experience to support this. We try to be as flexible and family friendly as possible and offer good benefits in addition to free training, including generous paid holiday, sick benefit and an excellent contributory pension scheme.

We’re an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from a broad range of people and are particularly keen to reflect the diversity of our service users and communities served within our staffing group.

If you’ve never thought about the possibility of a rewarding and meaningful career working with learning disabled people, perhaps now’s the time to do so!
